Michael Eckert, Certified Physical Trainer
Since my late teen years, I’ve been working on getting my body stronger and healthier. I have always had a passion for athletic activities and found I loved to climb so, I began rock climbing and bouldering on a regular basis. As my body shape began to change, I decided to start working with weights at the gym more to continue getting stronger. I studied how the body muscles related to one another and figured out better ways to keep building my strength and endurance.
In 2012 and 2014, I decided to take the opportunity to try-out for and compete on the grueling and exciting contest; “American Ninja Warrior” and made it to the finals in Las Vegas on both tries! You may have seen me on the show, or at least saw my name on the leader board: Michael Eckert.
In 2013, I wanted to serve my country and joined the United States Marine Corps. The past four years, I served in the military, have been a test of mental fortitude and physical endurance, during which, I have acquired skills that can only be taught through experience and hands-on training: Leadership, foundation-building, accountability and discipline are just a few of the qualities that have been engrained into my very core allowing me to sculpt and craft new ways and methods to transfer these abilities into your everyday life.
Training and working out in the Marines, allowed me to become a black-belt in Martial Arts and get in the best shape possible, it helped get me through all the daily, tough, workout routines, we were expected to do and also, let me help some of my fellow Marines to get stronger with their workouts and push through mental barriers .
In 2015, I broke the Guinness World Record for the most pull-ups in sixty-seconds.
Now, in 2017, I’m back home and ready to inspire. We all need a little push and encouragement from time-to-time and I can help turn your spark, for a better body, into a blazing flame. I can guide you towards getting started and creating your own physical fitness lifestyle. My goal, is to make you stronger than you ever thought possible and to show you how to grab hold of your fitness desires to a better body.
