".... Elite, what does that even mean?"
Great question Mr. Skelly!
The definition of ELITE - a select group that is superior in terms of ability or qualities to the rest of a group or society.
Hmmm... that means if you clicked on this... You must know what you are doing and you're not scared so I won't even go over all the other stuff that's in the previous PHASES...
"With great power, comes great responsibility."
Being one of the ELITE is a powerful thing... You can become one of the biggest A-Holes on the planet (I'm sure you know a few) or you can become one of the greatest LEADERS of all time and change the world for the BETTER.
Unfortunately it's not my choice which one you choose but I will hope for the BEST in this case.
Just like in the ADVANCED PHASE I won't be speaking about how to work out because you should already know how to if you are ELITE.
In the ADVANCED PHASE we talked about how to break through mental barriers and slay YOUR dragon to get YOUR treasure.
When becoming ADVANCED it's all about YOU!
Which is awesome because you actually learn a lot about yourself in the process.
When you are ELITE... It's not about you anymore.
It's about the benefit of those around you.
The people you find WORTHY of your time and how you can change THEIR world.
Now this doesn't mean stop training... at this point I doubt you could even if you tried because it's a lifestyle at this point!!
It just means you have reached a level where you will plateau mentally if you keep doing it BY YOURSELF.
This will mean you have to understand your craft so well that you can teach it to others and inspire them like you were inspired when you first started out!!
Teach them how important it is to have a reason why and how it helped YOU along your journey.
The cool thing about being human is that everyone has their own unique stories and unique ways of becoming successful.
SHARE YOUR STORY!!!
Take a young sappling of a human and teach them how you became SUCCESSFUL doing what you do!
You might think it's boring... BUT THEY WON'T!!!
Ok they might... but you'll become a better story teller the more you do it!
It is also important to NEVER stop being a STUDENT.
You can NEVER reach a point where you are too good to LEARN.
You might teach someone about how to train physically but they might teach you how to not take yourself too seriously... I know that is what my friend Sgt Tyree Green taught me.
You never know how good things are until they are gone so cherish the ability and the people you have in your life.
If you don't feel like you're important, always remember someone out there does.
"Continue to becomes the best version of yourself while taking as many people as you can with you."
Thanks for reading and being such a big part of the fitness community. The world needs more of you.
