Why do Abs in the Morning?

 

 

I don’t want to get out of bed at all. Why would I get out of bed to do abs??

 

Your body has been fasting and burning calories all night while you sleep.

 

Just because your body is burning calories doesn’t mean it’s burning calories in the right places.

 

By working out right when you get out of bed you are using up your bodies fat storages that it has strategically placed on the sides of your abdomen.  We call these “Love Handles”

 

We target this area of the body as soon as we get out of bed to better burn fat in those areas.

Your body needs energy in order to perform the exercises and where does it get that energy from? From stored fat.

 

I sound like a broken record but hopefully I have convinced you to get out of bed.

 

If I haven’t broken your sleepy thresh hold then what if I told you that by getting out of bed and working out right away, you will also stimulate your metabolism?

 

-Huh?

 

Not only does working out when you just wake up burn more calories in the right places, it will also spike your metabolism to help burn calories throughout the day.

 

Still in bed?

 

What if I also told you that you will be able to think more clearly because working out in the early morning will stimulate your brain functions and take away that morning grogginess!!

 

Now if you are still in bed, then go back to sleep – and hug those love handles because they aren’t going anywhere if you do.

 

Remember burning fat in the right places takes mental and physical strength.

Make the right healthy decisions, stay consistent and I promise you will thank yourself for it!
